Nico van Rooyen | FOUNDER AND CEO
Nico has become a driving force in the drone Industry by serving on industry bodies as well as consulting with various government institutions and workgroups in an effort to establish full integration of drones into most operational environments.
Nico is passionate about aviation and robotics and believes in working with all role players to create a world-leading Drone Industry in South Africa.
Nico has continued to develop DC Geomatics and today has become a market leader in drone management consulting in the Surveying, Inspection, Media, Security, Agriculture, and logistical Industries.
Chantel van Rooyen | QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Chantel has been the driving force behind DC Geomatic’s administrative and compliance processes since its inception. Chantel continues to be critical in moving the organization forward in a controlled and professional manner.
She is highly motivated and possesses an eye for detail which enables her to be an exceptional Quality Assurance Manager and an unmissable member of the DC Geomatics Management Team.
CLINT STEYTLER | DIRECTOR OF FLIGHT OPERATIONS
Clint was headhunted by DC Geomatics to take up the role of Head of Flight Operations. Since then, Clint has used his aviation background and experience to help improve the Flight Operations management systems for DC Geomatics.
Clint also has a passion for Airmanship which has made him an invaluable member of the DC Geomatics solutions and management team.
DANIEL DOLPIRE | SAFETY MANAGER
Daniel-Marc has used his aviation background and experience to help improve the safety management systems for DC Geomatics.

RUAN VERMAAK | RMT
Since 2015, Ruan has focused on drone services and has extensive experience in all aspects of the industry, however, Ruan’s passion lies in the maintenance and repairs hence, the reason behind the joining of the DC Geomatics group.
Ruan believes in innovation and modernization and sees Drones as a big step toward a more simplified future for his children and the next generation.
